Julie Unadkat
An architect with almost a decade of experience with both large international & Indian architect firms, Julie has worked primarily on BIM platforms, including BIM 360, in all her previous assignments. Responsibilities include client interface, strong studio team leadership, design & drawing delivery, consultant coordination as well as quality & deadline controls across the spectrum of building typologies.
Burjor Kothawalla
With over three decades of AEC Industry experience, Burjor’s expertise is primarily with client management & engagement, business growth & strategy, people management and organizational development. Business & financial planning, market share growth, compensation strategy, policies & framework all form a part of his core competence.
Swetha Satish
An architect with over two decades of experience, Swetha brings to the table her previous large firm & large project experience with both Indian & multinational architectural design firms across project types – hospitality, workspaces, residential, retail, mixed-use, laboratories, manufacturing & education. Her Revit & BIM expertise, client interface, talent spotting, mentoring, training, studio management, consultant coordination, quality & delivery control capabilities all form a part of her core competence.
